My starting point was to design a feel-good collection based on environmental aspects and Finnish nature, with slow living and relaxation as key words. Nature and the myriad surfaces it creates fascinate me, and so the inspiration for the LUMO-collection came from wild Finnish forests, where I go to relax. The soft textile decoration brings the peace of a forest indoors.

LUMO-collection combines the shapes and materials of nature with the fairy-tale-like spirit of a forest. The hand-printed fabrics show both graphic handiwork and the random forms of nature.
